Dates for your Diary

We are edging closer to Christmas and for Straits that means we will be out of the office for a while! With that in mind, here are some dates for your diary. Christmas 2023 might be nearly over, but we are just getting ready to launch Christmas 2024!

Staff Christmas party. Friday 15th December. The Straits team will be leaving the office slightly earlier and getting glamorous! Ready for a night of dancing, the Straits team ALWAYS takes over the dance floor! If you need anything, please email or leave a message and we will follow up on Monday.

The last order date for Christmas 2023 is Friday 15th December. Orders placed after this date may be delivered between Christmas and the New Year, or in January. This is for the UK Mainland only. Due to customs processes, we can no longer offer a guaranteed date of delivery to Ireland.

Christmas closure. The main office team will be out of the office from mid-afternoon on Thursday the 21st reopening at 9am on Tuesday 2nd of January. Orders and queries will be followed up on our return.

Harrogate Christmas and Gift Fair. Sunday 14th to Wednesday 17th January. We’ve talked about the delightful Harrogate Fair on this blog previously. It’s a wonderful town and a fantastic trade show. We love launching our Christmas collection here and it’s the best time for our customers to place their pre-orders. You can find us at stand C41.

Spring Fair at the Birmingham NEC.  Sunday 4th February to Wednesday 7th. Considered the busiest trade show of the year with 8 halls of wholesale traders. You’ll find the Straits team in Hall 5, Stand B10 - C11.

The Straits Trading showroom reopens on Monday 19th January. After two bustling trade shows, we will return to our head office and redesign our showroom. Christmas, Spring-Summer 24, and Autumn-Winter 24 products will be on display!

As you can see, it’s a busy few months for the team! We hope to catch up with you at one or more of these events. We also hope you enjoy the festive period and manage to take some time to relax.
