New Delivery Options

Straits has introduced new delivery options for our customers, beginning on the 3rd of March 2025.

We will continue to offer free delivery in the same way; however, we are giving customers the option of ordering from a lower-value order bracket if they pay a delivery charge.

This option applies to the Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, a paid delivery option isn’t available for addresses in the British Isles.

Delivery will appear as an item number on your order once you reach the minimum order value. However, if you reach the minimum order value for free delivery, it will be removed.

The delivery charge will not contribute to the order value.

The item numbers are as follows:

• DELUK          £15.00 delivery charge
• DELIE           €35.00 delivery charge (Ireland only)
