Halloween and Spooky Season

Seasonal items have long been a novel way to change the appearance of a shop throughout the year. In the UK, Halloween is enjoyed more extravagantly now than it was 10 years ago. We consider “The Spooky Season” to begin at the start of Autumn and it often runs past Halloween. 

Pumpkin picking, pumpkin spice lattes, fancy dress, and themed crafting events are often run from the end of September. Savvy shopkeepers take advantage of the October half-term to entice parents and children alike to embrace all things Autumnal.

We have introduced some novelty items into our collection in the form of glitter water spinners with skeletons and witches, both cute and spooky pumpkins, fabulous light-up standees, and even gonks!
