Delivery Information

All Straits orders are dispatched carriage paid, but we do have minimum order values that must apply. The minimum order value is before VAT is applied. We deliver goods to our customers using pallets.

Export orders are only delivered to a UK shippers address.

We aim to deliver all in stock orders in the UK within 7 working days from the date of your order. However, sometimes during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us.

If you select a date at the checkout, we aim to deliver on that date, but we cannot guarantee it.
